I, Jaye Sanders as the sole creator and owner of the copyrights
to the music compositions and recordings entitled:

HardSleeper Music Group
grant a Non-exclusive, Non-transferable license to [Client's Company
Name and Address] to use the aforementioned tracks as background music in
films, training videos, video games, marketing productions, television broadcasts,
live events, computer-based multimedia presentations or in any other form with
the following limitations:
HardSleeper Music Group, LLC recordings may not be sold, distributed or re-licensed as a product except in media productions where the main subject matter is not the
licensed music.

HardSleeper Music Group, LLC compositions may not be used as part of other audio-only
recordings, broadcasts or podcasts except as the music portion of larger
dramatic, news, editorial, blog, advertising or documentary productions.

The term "non-exclusive" is here meant to indicate that this agreement
will not prevent the copyright holder (HardSleeper Music Group,LLC) from entering into
similar licensing contracts for the same compositions and recordings with
other companies, groups or individuals.
This license agreement will be valid in perpetuity (no expiry). The licensee
identified above may not resell or transfer this license to other companies,
organizations, groups or individuals.
